Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns are accepted within 30 days of the item receiving date.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To ensure your refund, please use a trackable mail service. We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at “[email protected]” to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

We will pay or reimburse you for return shipping charges.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
- REFUND: The refund will be processed 2 business days after we receive the item. It will be made by bank transfer or PayPal; if you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account or contact your bank or your credit card company.
- EXCHANGE: it takes the same time as a purchase (processing time 2-5 days and the shipping time 6-9 days).

Please Note
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- If you entered the wrong shipping address, you should contact us as soon as possible to take care of it before the order enters the shipping process.
- If you cancel the order after the processing starts, we cannot cancel it, but if you do it before, you will be assessed a 20% CANCELLATION FEE to cover the restocking fees.
The most frequent scenario is the buyer’s change of mind, which we cannot accommodate if we aim to maintain excellent value at Lema Amelia. The buyer must confirm their desire to purchase the items before placing an order, not afterward. Once an order is placed, the buyer is legally obligated to complete the purchase of all items in that order from the seller.
- The customer saw another alternative that was much cheaper elsewhere. On that note, it’s imperative for the buyer to be sure they are in a position to meet the specified price before deciding to buy an offer. When an order has been made, the buyer has already contracted to purchase all items included in that order from the vendor.
