RETURNS

All returns are accepted within 30 days of the item receiving date.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

REFUND: The refund will be processed 2 business days after we receive the item. It will be made by bank transfer or PayPal.

EXCHANGE: it takes the same time as a purchase (processing time 2-3 days and the shipping time 6-9 days).
